Workshops can be a wonderful source of support for those who may not be ready to join a support group or are curious deepen the work you’ve been doing on your own or with an individual therapist.

Deconstructing Patriarchy & Masculinity After High-Control Religion: A Workshop for Men
This workshop is for you if you're curious to learn more about the psychological impact of messages from high-control religious spaces. This will be an opportunity to unpack how patriarchal beliefs found in high-control religion may perpetuate harmful definitions of masculinity that ultimately harms men through disconnection from self, emotions, and relationships.
This workshop is for you if you're seeking an affirming space to learn more about the psychological impact of the purity culture movement and the unique impact on queer folks who have lived experience in high-control religious contexts. This will be a place to begin exploring a path forward that leads to an increased sense of agency, self-worth, and connection to others with shared lived experiences.
Purity Culture Recovery, High-Control Religion & Queerness
This workshop is for you if you’re seeking a different relationship to money following adverse experiences in high-control religious spaces. You might have a desire to understand how your early experiences and relationships have impacted your relationship to money or want to relate to money and finances in a new way—moving away from financial shame and anxiety to a trust in your ability to manage and relate to your finances.
