This group is a space for women, femmes, and non-binary folks to reclaim their relationship to pleasure and desire after sexual shame, trauma, or lived experience in purity culture.
Through psycho-education, writing, small breakout groups, and supportive group discussion, we’ll unpack the messages of shame and purity culture and reimagine a new way of relating to pleasure that is free of guilt, shame, and judgment. The group will also integrate experiential practices to increase access to mindfulness, grounding, and to support increased access to embodiment and ease.
This group might be for you if:
You were raised in a religious or cultural environment that emphasized purity culture and are now questioning or healing from those messages.
You’re exploring broader narratives and past experiences have impacted your relationship with your body, sexuality, gender, identity, or self-worth.
