I deeply believe in the power of relationship and connection as a facilitator for healing past trauma, pain, and other challenging experiences that come with being human. And, that relationships, connection, and community are all essential to our fullest healing and thriving.

Those who are navigating faith transitions, religious trauma, and grief related to faith deconstruction are especially drawn to my work. I am also passionate about working with individuals who are seeking both an LGBTQIA+ or Neurodiversity-Affirming approach.

I use an integrative approach where I attune to my client’s goals, needs, and the greater systems that may be impacting them. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and holistic. To put it simply, I take into account the whole person as well as the relationships, systems of oppression, and barriers that might influence how they show up in the world. So in sessions with clients, we are not simply looking at symptoms, but striving to understand and excavate the deeper places to get the full picture of what’s happening, where it started, and what a path forward could look like. Additionally, I offer EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

I completed my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Regis University in Denver. During my internship at Catalyss Counseling, I worked with individuals seeking support for trauma, grief, faith transitions, career burnout, identity development, and folks who had received a late diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD.

Originally from Wisconsin, I’ve lived all over the country in places like Nashville, Austin, and Denver—always taking my beagle, Olive, along with me. When not seeing clients, I spend a lot of time reading, dabbling in writing, and rewatching comfort shows and movies.
