Relational Grief & The Holidays: A 5-Week Writing & Support Group
This is a brief group container for those navigating the grief of relational loneliness, a break-up of a platonic or romantic relationship, loss of a pet, or strained family dynamics ahead of the holiday season. The group will integrate writing and reflection prompts and group discussion to provide a container of connection and support for a time of year that can feel especially complicated and isolating.
In this group, you’ll have space to share about your unique experiences and connect with others can relate. This group can provide you with valuable support as you seek out community and connection during the holiday season.

You're experiencing anxiety about the upcoming holidays and want to connect with others who have shared experiences and understanding
You want to explore the complex emotions that come with relational grief and loss
You're seeking a community that understands the complexities of relational loss and social isolation
You want to experience a space of connection and community in a way that might feel new or out of your comfort zone.
You want to exercise relational connection—both receiving support and offering support to others
Group Details
When: Weekly on Mondays 5-6:15 p.m. PST—begins Monday November 24th
Where: Virtual (from the comfort of your home)
Investment: $250 ($50 billed weekly)
Self-Pay only — Reduced-fee spots are available if the fee is a barrier
