Deconstructing Patriarchy & Masculinity After High-Control Religion: A Workshop for Men

This workshop is for you if you're curious to learn more about the psychological impact of messages gleaned from high-control religion—about how patriarchy and high-control religion’s beliefs about masculinity harms men, their relationship to themselves, their emotions, and others.

The one-time container will provide psychoeducation, breakout group discussion, writing time, and supportive group discussion. You’ll also receive a digital workbook to support the meeting’s activities and processing after the workshop. The group will also integrate somatic tools to support grounding and embodiment.

This is a space to be curious and gentle with yourself while connecting with others who have similar lived experiences.

Please note this is a workshop and not a therapy group. If interested in group work, you can review current offerings here.
